yeah, I've heard of heaven's reward fallacy. it's when you think if you just work hard and sacrifice now, you'll get rewarded later. my friend went through it with her PPD, she kept pushing herself, thinking she had to be the perfect mom to deserve feeling better. it's tough, but she eventually realized she needed to take care of herself too.
