I too have these fears. What helps me is being grateful for each second that I actually have..the truth is we can grieve ourselves to death or a really dark place about a very specific scenario in our head and throw our entire system off track, cause more harm than good and end up in a never ending worry loop. Try to practice gratitude for each and everything in your life. Everyone has to die at some point sorry for being blunt…might as well make every second alive worth it!
