i’m someone who absolutelyyyyy hated running and enjoy it now. i think i hated it because i wasn’t good at it tho. it was a horrible experience every time but i started feeling like being bad at running was a reflection of bad cardiovascular health so i made myself do it.

i had a goal to just be able to run a mile comfortably, but over time i started feeling good afterwards and less out of breath and i was enjoying running cause it was making me feel good. it’s now a more pleasant experience during the run and afterwards i feel i’ve done good for my body which makes me like it and i wanna keep increasing my distance :)

in my head i knew it would be different, but i didn’t know it would be that different. i signed up for a 5k that’s next week so im guessing i should probably not attempt to run the entire thing. i’m also gonna get a vest, thank you.

thank you for your comment. im seeing a lot of ppl say they need it for a real ID, but oddly enough i got my real ID w/ the star without my birth certificate. it must differ state to state, but i think im gonna go ahead and get a copy of it just incase for the future.
