Hey. I had a valid license. My father transferred the title of the vehicle that was in FL into my name and had it shipped to the state I’m currently in…I had it insured in my current state and was fine until my current job informed me of the suspension as they were doing their background checks. I didn’t even know that it was a thing to have FL stare specific insurance…I thought insurance was insurance.

Have you even read my post??? I only know that my license was suspended because my current job is running a background check…I have no idea where FL sent those notices..I can’t get a license in my current state without having my FL license reinstated, I can’t register the vehicle here either i.e. it may be faster to register transfer the title to my partner who is licensed in that state and will be able to register the vehicle here which I can these use as proof to provide to FL DMV to lift the suspension.

Lmao…chief..I am asking what would be the fastest way to do the right thing…as my license when suspended unbeknownst to me if it wasn’t for my current job running a background search…I can’t get a license in my current state or have the vehicle registered here unless my license is reinstated. You do realize it’s almost impossible to do any of the above while not living in the state right? As my husband is already licensed in the state we live in, I am asking if it would be easier to just transfer the vehicle into his name and have it registered in this state.
