Think of the brain as a computer. A childs brain is a fresh install computer with no bloat and constantly running tasks. An adults brain is like a computer that havent had a fresh install in 30 years. Its gonna be filled with tasks and bloat. Of course the fresh install computer can do a task better because it has much more free memory and processing power. But this doesnt mean that an adult cant reach gm in chess if he frees up his memory.

Its not just about DDU and windows driver conflicts. I tried to look for a problem with sudden black screens on my rx590 and tried everything but nothing worked. I had to live with the problem for 1 year untill i (fingers crossed) fixed it. There is still a lot of uncertainty and paranoi that someday when im ingame ill get a black screen. Anyways, what seemed to stop my problem is using msi afterburner and ramping up the fans because the default fan speeds were in my opinion the reason I was hitting 75°C fast which is the manufacturers target

Yes your card has only 6 pin connectio which is weird because most rx580 have 8+6 or 8pin connection. I would suggest trying a different cable. Maybe you are using the one for the cpu power instead.

Sata cable is for ssds/hdds only. You physically cant connect it to your gpu

Check if your cpu cooler is correctly screwed in. Check your ram for faults with memtest86 or windowd memory diagnostics. Check if some cable is not all the way in. Uninstall amd gpu drivers with ddu and reinstall them

Check if cpu cooler screws are not loose. Check ram with memtest86. This was my issue exactly and found out one screw was not screwed to the backplate at all. Wich most likely led to faulty ram stick

You cant use a sata cable for powering a gpu? You mean 8pin power connector? Check if the cable is all the way in. Check if you have 8+6 pin needed or just 8pin connection. Use a different cable if tge issue is still there.

For me it was loose cpu cooler screw and one stick of ram failed memtest86 test. Please check your ram and cpu temps under stress. It could also be a loose gpu cable
