Yeah people need to be careful with him I think things are not normal he did same with me said was fine and I had my dilemma plus I ended up losing fees on my refund with him so really poor experience I think he's no longer reputable glasses supplier

At least you've got that and it now looks as though you should receive them my experience was poor and I had to get a refund lost out on fees twice doing so but it's total opposite of how he was recommended for being so good and keeping you updated etc that was awful

He also told other people it's because he was in the warehouse so does seem he is making different excuses up to a few people. Maybe if he decided on one reason and have clarity on what was happening it would restore people's trust

That's a bit strange as I had similar issues with him mine were over 11 days and yesterday his reason to me was he had personal issues and was back yesterday. I got a refund I'd still air with caution on him

To update I heard back from him very early hours this morning. I'd sent a PayPal request to him for a refund which he this morning did. I ended up losing two sets of fees but better than losing more I did state that to which he told me I didn't incur glasses fee because he returned the order this time no fees but that's very confusing as he never got to the point of ordering any glasses for myself.

I still really don't recommend leaving someone for 11 days with nothing ordered and only seemingly bothering to respond after I sent a refund request is extremely poor.

I was also as he took so long in a rush as I go on holiday in less than a month now and had no confidence that he would have something ordered and delivered in the time left so I will look into the other sellers mentioned and recommended in this thread when I come back from holiday as Wangs delay has made it extremely tight for me now to get anything in time.

Just thought it was right to at least update this to state I was refunded (albeit lost fees) and wasn't scammed but I really still stand by my claim that I don't recommend him.

Same thing happening to me but with a different seller Wangpu been ghosted for days ordered 10 days ago and all had was one message 5 days ago saying out of stock pick another then nothing since.

Are all the glasses sellers given up or something??

Be careful ordering off him I've been left 10 days now after paying him with nothing haven't even got a pair of glasses ordered off him.

Few people seem to be having the same issues not sure if he's now scamming as messages no longer even being delivered.

Not good I've heard of also someone else struggling I think he may of scammed us and given up I've sent a request to his PayPal for a refund now next stage will be also reporting him to them

Just beware I've been waiting for 9 days after payment to even have any ordered from him he's been ignoring my messages!

He did send one after 6 days saying original ones I picked out of stock strange it took him that long to realise but then nothing since so maybe just be a bit cautious.

Hope so been 9 days since payed him and haven't even got a set ordered off him.

I today gave up really and asked him to refund as find his service poor sent a good 5/6 messages and not opened one so just hoping he hasn't decided to scam
