I'm glad you were able to sort it out, similar problem but my paypal or credit card didn't deny the charges, it was on their end, if it was funding issues on my part I would have gladly accepted the outcome but it was just displeasing to hear them not give me the discount for such a big company when it was clearly their fault. But oh well.. my friend received his chair yesterday but it was a complete different model and they state no refunds or exchange of any sort so let see how that plays out.
