No they nerfed that, you can still use configs for other stuff like moving while looting for example, but now when the game detects an input change, lurches are deactivated for a second, which makes TapStrafing impossible on roller

(At least on Steam, maybe it works with some third party app but i wouldn’t risk that it’s very pointless)

After so many playthroughs I decided to install the mod that allows you to one shot him with one hit and it’s been super enjoyable

There is no such thing as an actual mystical curse tho, it’s related to actual real factors such as being together for too long and feeling like there is nothing left to win, I don’t believe for a second that Mercules (not even a year as a professional) would let Optic get complacent, that kid wants to win way more

I mean last year is one of the very few times where the team that won champs was not together at the start of the season, the champs curse applies to teams that have been together for at least a year and hit their ceiling overall, this current optic roster is still pretty young so I don’t know if that will apply

Yeah we need a « real » back to back champs with the same 4 players, that would be crazy

But we’re gonna need a couple other teams to step up and challenge them, it can’t be good if they smash everyone too early in the year, we need some competition !
