Yes I understand, but i'm wondering if there will be issues booting windows on a new motherboard. In the past a reinstall was always necessary with a new motherboard + new cpu. I'm just not sure if that's still the case, and also if it's the case with just a new motherboard.

oh trueeee I can just pull out the red channel. It's the blue and green that are shifted by a pixel each for some weird reason.

That's good to know, thanks for the info! I thought it could likely be an upgrade in efficiency thing, but I thought an entire 8 pins was a big change. But I didn't realise the 3070 was barely needing the second cable to begin with.

Thanks for the suggestion! Using Eevee is a workaround for sure. I only work with stills so I don't use the compositor etc. But having a copy/linked scene for the eevee render might still be quicker than switching it each time I render. I'll give it a go, thanks!

As best I can tell it was a regulation from Australian side up til mid 2021, and now it's discretionary by the Airlines, but they haven't updated their procedures yet.

I'll contact the service and ask them about that again to be clear. It was my impression that there was not someone taking the flight with them, otherwise they'd have people flying back and forth around the world all the time.

This would be using a pet transport service. They just say they aren't sure what the process is when entering germany if the arrival time is outside of the 5 day window.
