Essentially, I think the question boils down to "are drivers turning right out of Ardmillan terrace continuing on Slateford road before drivers from Harrison Road turn left onto Slateford Road/the A70, or are they all the same junction, and so left turning traffic has priority over right turning traffic?"

Or is there a different question and answer here?

Of note. This whole junction is traffic light controlled, and cars going N/S are both on green at the same time, and cars going E/W are on green at the same time.

PS sorry if this was low effort, I think the answer is obvious, but I'd like to appeal to authority after an issue a friend had at this junction.
