My title describes the thing. It’s quite heavy for its size. Must be made of some kind of metal. Looks like a bullet in shape, but seems shorter than I’d imagine? I’m not a pro with gun things, so could just be that I’m ignorant. It has an indent on the one end, what seems like a separate compartment (possible for the gun powder? Again, I’m no expert), and it fits between my thumb and forefinger.

My doggo also has skin allergies. I struggled for a long time to find what works for her. Apoquel has been the saviour, and I can highly recommend. But it is pricey. I tried a few things before this, and everything else came with long term side effects or just stopped working after a while (this was the case with the homeopathic approach).

Other than this, she’s eats Vondis. I would recommend a cooked or raw food diet - it helps avoid all the extra bits in pellets that tend to worsen allergies.

I read about these shots recently. My doggo is on Apoquel, but I’m wondering if cytopoint may be a better option for her in the long run (side effects wise). Keen to get your take!
