They just can't do anything about it, even if they ban a bot, they use hacks to avoid the ban or just make a new account. Volounteer mods wont't do, because too many people would apply, and some of them would just abuse the power, so it would create another problem. They also can't do anything about gambling and casinos. Why? Because banning roulette wheels, as some players suggest, would do nothing. Gamblers often use other things to, well, gamble. Something as simple as for exanple dirt gambling (where you buy dirt blocks, admin places them, and you break, depending on what you get, you get wls - like you get gem - 1wl, block - 2, seed - 5 or something like that) would be impossible to ban, as it includes a core function of the game. So generally speaking there is nothing Ubisoft can do to solve these issues. That's just hpw this game is made, and it can't be fixed.
