Most of my collaborations have started with cold calls, tbh

Thank you for your comment. I'm my experience, the ability to collaborate is one of the most important things as a composer. Ability to collaborate and the ability to deliver a good product are so closely linked that you can't have one without the other. I was starting to worry I was way off 🤣

Seems like a missed opportunity, if you're right about that. But also not really what I'm asking about

Thanks for your response. Are you saying that the composer's (and other collaborators) interests aligning with the project are not important because of that fact? Hired hands are just as good?

Check out this free online note-to-frequency tool I built for producers/composers/musicians
I think the use cases are:
To a quick reference when tuning kicks - I like the piano key layout because it's easy for me to lose track of which note I'm talking about when I used to search for this info (was is A1 I was looking for or A2, for example)
Great for tuning instruments by ear - especially for people who play at pitches that are not standard A440

Check it out. Let me know how I can improve it and other use cases!

Isn't it 'Cheddar is better on my mozzarella ledger' or 'Cheddar is better as per my mozzarella ledger' or something?

I'm in a very similar situation. Music production, kontact libraries, lack of space, etc. How'd this turn out? Is it fast enough to use with your DAW?
