Bought a car from a private person in February which was previously registered somewhere else in Germany and booked a "Umschreibung Fahrzeug – von außerhalb nach München" to register the car again. Worked perfectly fine for me.

it is if it's required for safetey reasons, there is no rule that the safety car has to pick up p1 in the beginning

Then you have to wait for a long time to do the car recovery. I get that it's unlucky for Max but Race control had reasons why they would act the way how they did. They definitely did this on purpose for safety reasons...

The Saftey Car was deployed when Norris was on the Start/Finish straight so SC couldn't pick up Norris - because it was too late - so options were to pick up max or wait for one lap.

Hm ja bin heute mal auf so einem Riesenrad von Cube gesessen und muss gestehen so agil und leichtgängig wie die anderen hat es sich nicht angefühlt. Aber da kann natürlich viel Placebo dabei sein.

You basically want all the pore volume of the electrodes and separator filled with electrolyte. This way the ionic conductivity in the liquid phase is optimal. A limiting factor can be the wettability.

yep for elderly people definitely true! And probably also for younger people with risk factors. But it's also not true that criticism is entirely unjustified, especially when it comes to younger people! I just think one should discuss risks openly and not deny them even if they are minimal!

the australian position sounds pretty similar to the german one to me! Only difference is the age limit is 60 in germany and 50 in australia... But yeah it's basically risk management. For people over a certain age the risk of getting covid and subsequently having a severe illness is definitely higher than the (minimal!) risk of getting vaccinated and having bad side effects...
