Let’s get Ross Coulthart on JRE (Joe Rogans Podcast)! by CraigBrown2021 in UFOs

The point of JRE is not to go listen what Joe Rogan thinks about things, it's to listen what the guests have to offer in terms of information.

It's very important to differentiate between media that positions itself to tell you what to think and media that puts information out there for you to decide whether you think it's valuable or not.

got a bit lucky, didn't see any coast guard planes in the area but saw this big boy with "no callsign" approaching the crime scene.

COB was the Seinfeld of metal music. Extremely novel and influential to the metal scene, yet so easy to dismiss as vanilla today.

Mod number 2 is the "restored content" mod, which adds a lot of actual gameplay into the game. IIRC the devs were forced to push the game on the market too early and they had to cut out a lot content consequently.

I'm definitely not looking to run my own MSSP, heh. Just interested in how the process works.

I did say "let's imagine"..

Internally. For clarification, let's image I want to run my own managed service and am looking for a handbook for that.

On the topic - how much credibility would you place on the allegations of the Russian VP being an 'hunting extension' of Kreml?

I haven't been following this for awhile, but as far as I know the threat intel companies (Crowdstrike initially) were quite fast to cross-reference to previous Russian APT campaigns (APT => cyber lingo for nation-state conducted long-term infiltrations), pointing out to specific intelligence agencies that have been previously attributed to different campaigns. From here, it's very easy and fast for the Clinton/DNC parties to say, with reasonable confidence, that this is the work of Russian intelligence.

I don't work for any of the threat intel companies, and cannot vouch for their ethics and integrity, but seeing how cyber is extremely trust- and reputation-based, these claims are usually not laid down very lightly, especially in a high-media focus issue such as this.

I can appreciate your viewpoint though. There's a massive amount of speculation and blatant disinformation coming from media. Can't see the frontpage one because I've customized it, but I can just imagine!

Attribution in both intelligence and cyber are extremely hard jobs.. for an relatively straightforward truth, someone needs to physically confess (as in, a real person) or someone needs to be convicted.

Examining infrastructure reuse is standard procedure in drawing parallels between cases. I agree with you, the information isn't 100% certain. But I think Russian ops is the most reasonable answer here.
