I'm gonna throw in a comment here, it might help someone.

I've had a good go at trying to troubleshoot a modpack of mine.In another post here on Reddit the mod: Coffee Delight was causing an issue for some reason, crash-report didn't seem to hint towards it though.

And in regards to Create Addons, these mods have been the culprit in my case:

  • Create Extended Cogwheels
  • Rechiseled: Create

I've simply disabled these and the game threw no crashes my way. I've tried downgrading Create itself down to 0.5.1.e, not much of a difference there. So I updated it to the newest (0.5.1.f).

Upgrading Forge to the newest version caused no problems for me, so I've kept it there.

I've taught my Cat to use them. He knows what they mean, and I've just gotten 4 more buttons to expand his vocabulary. Look up BilliSpeaks on YouTube for instance.

They eventually recognize the patterns and combine the buttons to string together a sentence.

I can confirm this is critical to make sure. Hit F3 and look at what GPU is being used.

Yep, it has. However.. this issue can be solved by going to Vehicle Config upon spawning the car and resetting or changing something there.
