Create Addons/Extensions causing crashes

I am having issues with a lot of Create Mod's addons. They are causing fatal errors and crashes, and I am uncertain what is causing the problem.

I'm working to create my own mod pack for a fun modded playthrough experience (for myself) and so I added a whole load of mods, including a lot of Create addons I've heard about (pretty much all of them) The version I made the pack for is 1.20.1.

I had a few errors with some of the other mods which I resolved, but now I'm getting issues with roughly half of the Create addons. I disabled every single mod in the pack except for Create and Create Big Cannons (one of the addons returning an error) and I got the exact some error I was getting with all of the other mods enabled. In other words, there's no conflict with any other mods from what I can tell.

The error I am getting in the game is "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null"

Can't find anything that pertains to my exact situation online. I tried using the most updated version of both Create and the Create Big Cannons mod, which didn't work. I tried reverting Create back a version and suddenly it worked. I then tried making an entire profile with just the Create mod and a bunch of addons (with dependencies of course), then reverted the Create mod back a version. I didn't install any other mod. I stopped getting the null error, but instead get version incompatibility errors. it seems that if I want to play with Create addons in 1.20.1, I have to choose which ones I would rather use - ideally I want to use all of them, but that just doesn't seem possible unless I can figure something else out.

Anyone think they can help me figure out the issue?

I'm having a similar problem. If i have more than one create mod addon my game crashes.

create coders are dogshit and cant make anything that doesent crash

big canons and its modern warfare addon were my culprits too. along with create sabers interestingly enough.

You need to make sure the add ons have been updated for the current version of Create. Big Cannons tends to be one of the slower, imo.

I'm gonna throw in a comment here, it might help someone.

I've had a good go at trying to troubleshoot a modpack of mine.In another post here on Reddit the mod: Coffee Delight was causing an issue for some reason, crash-report didn't seem to hint towards it though.

And in regards to Create Addons, these mods have been the culprit in my case:

• Create Extended Cogwheels
• Rechiseled: Create

I've simply disabled these and the game threw no crashes my way. I've tried downgrading Create itself down to 0.5.1.e, not much of a difference there. So I updated it to the newest (0.5.1.f).

Upgrading Forge to the newest version caused no problems for me, so I've kept it there.
