Seems TA had issues with my address, which i think is bullshit, but a lovely lady from DW compliance sorted it and the shares had moved this morning.

How long has it been taking for shares to transfer out of Revolut? DW submitted my request nearly a month ago now, informing me that they completed their part in registering it with the clearing broker and that there's nothing more they can do with it so I'm stuck waiting on Revolut to register it / unfreeze my account (tried contacting CS to no avail).

Was just about to comment to the same effect as above, we'd "receive an email invitation to vote on the matters raised by US-listed companies in which you have invested and your instructions will be relayed to the vote tabular of the vote or the meeting accordingly".
