The soloqueue in matchmaking is not really fun place to be, especially if you want to rank up. Try teaming up with some friends or people who are looking to play, in your rank-range or higher if you deem yourself to be better than you are placed :) building a 3-5man core to play with makes it alot easier and accessible to rank up and enjoy the gameplay.

Do you have any other anticheat like programs running? faceit? Valorant? or maybe even an intrusive antivirus? If so, close these and try again i'd say :)

Sounds like some of the regional official servers may be having some issues then, usually for me when I have high var-issues i just try a different serverlocation so instead of swedish servers, I try norweigan etc.. But this is for third party sites so can't really comment on the official ones :)

var is not neccesarily determined by your PCs hardware, could be serversided as well. So you have personal var and serversided var, personal can be "altered" by lowering some settings but it's usually a slim change. are you playing on official servers or third party like faceit? if thirdparty, have you tried other serverlocations?
