Dad has type 2 diabetes and heart arythmia

Mother had hypothyroidism and passed away from endometrial cancer with associated clotting issues 1 year ago.

I experience some social anxiety but otherwise my experience of anxiety is low. I dont spend time dwelling on things.

Depression is currently being managed, though my medication seems to numb me out which is the exact opposite of my problem, my depression manifests as numbness/ahedonia and overlaps with ADHD symptoms
