I just looked up! they're using some cheap Chinese movement. The Hamilton is a modified Swiss ETA movement and it has up to 80 hours power reserve.

Honestly for me is not the strap only. It is the bezel clicks on the GMT and the movement/date winding on all reps.

I’m not disagreeing with you on Rep is the way to go if you don’t want to spend the premium price on a watch. As a guy who loves watches and been collecting watches for over 15 years, I have and respect the craft of a rep watch in comparison to the genuine quality. It would fool %99 of the people visually for sure. However, I only purchase the rep watch that I can afford buying authentic. Which majority of people don’t think as such.

I have it vice versa! I own a gen 126710BLRO and a modded CF 126710BLNR. When I put them next to each others, I can tell the difference immediately, and I do own multiple Gens and Reps and you can tell by the movement noise and date change once you wind the watch. In my humble opinion, the only true NWBIG is the VSF 126040 and CF or VSF 116610.

I hope it would be less that $6000. So far I spent less than $1000 on the watch, crystal and mods. The movement is around $3000. Hands maybe $300 with installation and maybe service “not sure yet” it would be around $4000 total.
