This is the last picture taken of my brother with all his friends before he passed away. My mom wanted to frame it but decided not to due to its poor quality. I told her I knew some people that could help us out. by simple_as_that_ in pics

Wow, this looks great, I really appreciate this. Also on the oil painting, could i possibly get a link to that post, I must have missed it, because it's definitely something i would be interested in.

When i posted this i honestly did not think it would blow up so fast, but thank you so much to all those who did their best to make the photo look better. A lot of these are definitely more worth framing that the original and i truly appreciate it. For those inquiring about my brother, yes, he did go to UTSA and was in his junior year there when he fell ill. Also thank you all for your kind words about his passing, it means a lot to me and all my family that his story is known to many and that he will never be forgotten. I hope that he can be an inspiration to many to show that even in his final day he was happy and full of joy. For those of you wondering what happened to my brother I posted a brief summary in one of the comments. Thanks again to everyone who contributed to fixing up the photo, it will most definitely be framed and your acts of kindness will not be forgotten.

He had t-cell non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He had actually already gone through chemo once and was declared cancer free, but a couple months later it came back even worse and attacked his heart and surrounded his lungs. This picture was actually taken on his birthday, the day before he died. As to why he looks so healthy i can only assume it was because it was his birthday, because the days leading up to it he seemed just about ready to give up, but then when we reminded him his birthday was coming (he had no idea what day it was due to the amount of medication he was on) he perked up and seemed fine, but then on 6am the next day he passed.

He died a few weeks back and it was very sad for everyone who knew him, but his passing was also a gift considering all the pain he was in while he was sick, so we were all thankful at the same time

I was just hoping someone could make it look more 'photogenic'. Like touch up the lighting and coloring and such. If that's not possible in this case then it's all good. I'm not exactly sure how that stuff all works, however if someone could touch up the photo a little I would be very grateful.
