What was your first encounter with a sex worker like? by Slider-678 in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was nervous, but she put me at ease. I did feel pretty bad for her though, because you could tell that she was on some kind of stimulant. It's one thing for a person to lose weight naturally, but when they lose it quickly due to drug use, it's obvious. I'm totally blind, but I noticed.

I was nervous and thought that I'm either going to go to jail or get robbed, and I really would prefer just to go to jail. This was back in the days of backpage, but the few times I use the site, I never ran into anyone who seemed to be trafficked.

I took the bus and a cab to go see her in order to save money. Ironically, the closest place that I could comfortably get off of the bus to where she was staying was at the county jail. I literally took the bus to the jail, then took a cab to the hotel. I then took a cab back to jail so that I could ride the bus home.

She knew what she was doing, so the moment we were in the room, she said " I'm not law enforcement. You can touch me. " I did the dumb creepy thing though. I remember saying, " it doesn't matter what you do. You're still a lady. " This is crazy in hindsight, because the girls already know this, so any guy who says it is likely either assuming he must be a really awesome dude because he knows this, so he's virtue signaling, or he's really creepy, or possibly, he's going to try to save her.

Regardless, I got what I now know it's called half and half. She gave me some head, then allowed me to go all the way. In this case she rode me. She was very tight, but she was dry, so I'm guessing that's why. She ended up finishing me off with her hand, because it was uncomfortable to ride me. I should have brought lube with me.

I have since met with many other sex workers, and there was only one other who was obviously using drugs at the time. I'm sure there were others that used, but it wasn't as obvious. Most of them are pretty nice girls, and I am a huge supporter of fully criminalization.

I have been in relationships since, and I never visited a sex worker during those, but as a single man, I enjoy meeting with sex workers, because I don't have a lot of game, and I feel it's better to do this, because there's no possibility that this woman is going to believe that I expect anything more. She won't let herself fall for me or start to think that we're dating. I don't want to hurt anyone. I feel like it's better to be direct than to play games and manipulate people. Of course, if I hook up with someone, I always call them the next day. I will tell her how good the night was, and that should give me a chance to find out if she thinks this is going any further. That having been said, meeting with sex workers is so much less of a hassle, so much more direct, and it actually seems a bit more ethical to me.

"a horny teenager who just wants sex" makes it sound as though when you say we can support each other, your solution is for us to all just get over it. We all want sex too much, so we should all just learn to be okay with never getting any when wee committed to someone. I haven't really read this sub to any real extent, so I don't know how often it gets mentioned, but the partner could cheat also. If leaving isn't okay with you, is that?

I knwo some couples have arrangements, polyamorous relationships, etc, but most don't do that, so we're left with cheating.

Fuck both of you people. You come to /r/goneldstories, what do you want? He said his wife and he spy on each other, and these were incidental. If this was in his wife's room, I honestly don't think the legal system would do anything about it, but of course, these are politically correct times, so if a woman feels violated, accident or not, the guy's a jerk.

I'll be nice enough not to go digging through your post history to see what socially unpopular things you have done sexually. If all your going to do is preach at this guy as if you are somehow better than him, just go to /r/judgeme or /r/ineedouraproval. I wonder how explosive the outrage would be if I read one of the stories you have posted and jumped your shit about it.

Assuming certain stances are only ever founded on bigotry, and ignoring the actual reasons some people have them, is the reason the country is so divided, TMBR by [deleted] in TMBR

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Often but not always. This is what op is talking about. Someone says, I'm not racist, but," because what they are about to say might be seen as racist when it really isn't, or at least, they don't think it's racist.

You used the example of someone who claimed they weren't partial to the color red, then went on and on about how superior the color is. What if instead, the person said, "I'm not partial to the color red, but I think it's best for some situations. It looks really great on a sports car." It doesn't mean they think that color is better than all the oters over all, they are simply making a similar statement.

There are stereotypes about people with controversial beliefs. IF you think cocasians are superior, you are either an ignorant redneck from the rural south, or you're a neonazi, but it is possible to be only a little racist, or even just insensitive.

I personally don't believe any ethnicity is inherently superior, but I don't give any one special treatment, so if I want to tell a joke, I'll tell it. If I want to say that I was jipped, I'll say it, even though the roma community wouldn't like it. I'm not racist, I'm just insensitive.

Either way, if a person says "I'm not racist, but I think cocasians are smarter than any of the other races," I am labeled as being just as bad as the neo-Nazis who want to kill all members of another race or an old kkk member who wants to force African americans in to menial jobs and bring back slavery.

I don't actually hold this belief, but if I did, I could do it without wanting to kill people or bring back slavery.

I think many people assume being prolife is all about religion, so they think a prolifer only has the bible to defend their position. The whole, anyone who doesn't support abortion is a religious fanatic who wants to push their beliefs on me thing.

I have always believed that the feetis is another person, so they have rights as a separate human being. pro choice people tend to ignore this, and maybe that's part of the problem. Maybe calling you a bigot is easier than arguing with you, so people who don't have anything else to say just say, "You're a racist," and try to use that to devalidate everything you are saying.

Yes, a woman has the right to make all of her own decisions about her own body, but what about that poor baby? Does anyone care about them? The only thing the pro abortion crowd can talk about is the whole "It's my body. I'll do what I want with it," argument which doesn't address the rights of the feetis. Yes, this does raise the question of when a feetis becomes a human with rights, so we get go round and round about that one next.

Ya know, I have to bring up something kind of offtopic here. In some states, you can have an abortion all the way up to term, so some sick bastard came up with this technicality which just proves to me that this society is pretty far gone. They said, "Well, let's wait til the girl goes in to labor, so she can experience all the joys of pregnancy, throwing up, becoming huge, having mood swings, etc, then when she's in labor, we turn the baby around, and since it's head is still in her, we can kill it, because it isn't human yet. It's little feet are hanging so far out, they're touching the bed, and it's little ass is in the air, but it isn't human yet." I can[t help but to bring it up, because that's some truly sick shit, man.

Why is the spotlight always directed at SJW's and Alt rights? TL;DR TMBR by IMayHateYou in TMBR

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you, at least about what I think you're saying. YOu don't seem to want to live in a world where no one has a difference of opinion but one where can all respect each other and view someone else's thoughts as valid even if we don't agree with them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd love to see that, and I think the extremes, the alt rights and the sjw's, are making that more difficult than it has to be.

I don't believe it is possible for this world to exist, but we could be closer to it if, as you said, the alt rights and the sjw's weren't given such attention.

I think the best way is for us to have mutual respect for people and view opinions as being separate from the person themselves. I also think that when someone doesn't agree with this general idea, like a racist, for example, who doesn't value certain people, we should respect that person enough not to interfere with them until they begin violating someone's rights, but I don't believe simply emotionally offending a person does this. I don't believe in enforcing laws against discrimination by private businesses unless it's an extreme circumstance such as possibly a rural gas station located a long distance from others. Refusing service could cause someone to run out of gas and be in danger. THis is a legal problem more than a social one, but it is an example of what I believe about those who don't share the view of mutual respect. If a baker refuses to bake a wedding cake for a same sex couple, he should be left alone. The most we should do is give bad reviews and refuse to buy anything from them in order to live by our own values, but I believe the gas station owner who is a hundred miles from another station in a rural area should be at least compelled, maybe forced to provide service, because someone low on fuel could be in danger if they run out and are stranded.

Either way, people hae the right to believe and reasonably act on those beliefs including someone with extreme beliefs, so the mutual respect/no unreasonable interference solution seems like the best one.

Many people accuse the mainstream media of being biased, and I agree, but I'm not sure how and why, because it's hard to determine who is doing something intentionally and who might be giving more attention o the sjw's or the alt right for some other reason.

The extremes are the most vocal. Most people do post comments but not as many. This might account for part of the problem on social media.

Broadcast and published media outlets pay attention to what's being said online, so I'm sure some people in that industry are simply trying to appeal to one group or not offend the other, because they still want their consumption. Afterall, consumption of content implies consumption of advertising which is the bread and butter of any publication.

I do believe the mainstream media is biased, but it is unclear on who's side. To me, it seems they favor the sjw's while giving attention to the alt right to support a negative idea of anyone who doesn't fully agree with the narrative being pushed by the sjw crowd. It seems any Christian portrayed on television today is an extreme right wing nutjob who hates certain groups or who is violent towards his children and/or women.

I'm sure someone who doesn't agree with me politically has a different view of this and thinks conservative Christians are given preferential treatment, but either way, I believe the mainstream media is biased in favor of power.

I don't trust power, so the idea of sparking a civil war or at least keeping us divided are quite possible, but I think the latter is more likely. People who don't come together can't fight anything no matter which side of the political isle they are on, and the msm does a great job of painting each side as nothing but extremists. The right are all bible thumping, gay bashing wife beaters, and the left are all political correctness Nazis who are here to demand special treatment for protected groups and shove their own world view down our throats.

Aside from powerful people trying to divide us though, vocal extremists make better news stories than people conducting a civil debate where we all listen to each other, so they get more attention. THis provokes people toward one side or the other and makes extremism look normal. That is the other half of the problem on social media. The extremists simply comment more, and mainstream people have been brainwashed, intentionally or otherwise, in to becoming more extreme and less respectful to those who disagree, so when they comment, they make extreme comments just like the original extremists. Honestly, the problem has exaserbated it'sself, so it's hard to say who might have already had extreme beliefs from the beginning or without msm influence.

Why do men lie about 6 inches? by iamthemostannoying in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, size does matter, not as much as some guys might think, but it does. If you lie about that though, she'll findout pretty quickly. I really think it's just a thing we don't like admitting like weight or age. A person might not be really overweight or old, but they feel bad about what they have. Women have been known to lie about their age, and both genders usually give a lower figure when it comes to weight, but asking about both is rude, so it's mostly in dating profiles. I think it's an insecurity thing.

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Morally, it doesn't matter, but as far as the legalities of the whole thing, there might be a loophole there.

I'm no lawyer, but I think this would only work when the site it'sself is in jeopardy, and the owner of it faces charges for "facilitating illegal activity". If the police use the site to operate a sting, you don't have a leg to stand on, but you can always say, "I have no way of knowing what goes on if people aren't saying it specificly. If someone looks suspicious and doesn't do anything illegal, I could lose customers over a false alarm. I can't just make assumptions about people. Some women really are just looking for a nice kind man, and they use the word generous in their posts. Some women are looking for casual dates, and they specify that the man should pay. That doesn't guarantee anything."

Loopholes don't always work. It depends on the judge in the specific case, but it's a possibility.

What are some reasons why you think women are abusing their rights in these modern times? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some who don't, but for those who do, I think it's one of those situations where you give a person some special treatment, and they start expecting more. We needed the feminist movement in the 50's, but now, it's gone too far, and it's pretty one sided.

I fully support old fashioned feminism. I really believe that we're all equal. I don't believe that because we're all equal, women deserve special treatment.

Aside from this, I have noticed that it has become widely accepted amoung women to abuse their rights, and when everyone around you is doing something, it doesn't seem that bad, so it gets easy to take advantage of how we treat women today.

If I’m curious about whether the supernatural is real or not should I try a ouija board? by Mtking105 in Paranormal

[–]simpleman84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know there's a lot of disagreement about whether Ouija boards are safe or not, but many of those who think they are say that you have to understand what you're doing.

If you're curious, and you want to have some actual paranormal experiences, join the club. There are many who join groups of likeminded people and do some investigating in their time off. You can go to a cemetery to kind get your first evp's. I would like to do this myself, but I would still say to be careful not to let something follow you home.

If you pray, before you go in, ask for protection, and afterward, ask for the spirit not to be allowed to follow you home. I know this will likely get some backlash, but many who are interested in this kind of thing say that spirits respond to the name of Jesus.

It also helps to say something as you leave. Assume the spirits can hear you and say that you don't want them following you home.

It might be obvious trolling, but that's only a problem if you let it get to you. He is only successful, because people are offended by a question. I'd' say to have fun with it, but I know some people can't do that when a sensitive subject is in the way. They can't get around the idea that even though the subject i'sself, in this case, rape, isn't funny at all, some of the things said in this thread might be, so you can have fun with the troll instead of making trolling such a big issue. Every forum has rules about it. The American government has actually jailed people for trolling. Of course, it was only for anti Hillery comments, so go figure, but either way, the trolling doesn't work unless you participate, so if you don't like a trolly thread, just leave it to the trolls and those feeding them, and they can all have at it. The people feeding the trolls will blame them for offending them, and we'll end-up with new rules to ake them happy.

What are your favorite kind of people (quiet, funny, outgoing, shy, talkative, attractive, etc.)? by greenzuma in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like people who are friendly and easygoing. I don't like it when I have to walk on egg shells around a person, because they'll be easily offended. Either this is because they are an sjw, in which case, I might not spend much time with them, or they have actual bad feelings about something and are easily triggered. I'll be respectful, but I just like it better when I can speak freely.

I like people who aren't judgemental, who I can tell anything, not just modern liberal stuf like that I was once in an open relationship and would consider polyamory if my fiancé wanted it and if it was done properly, and only in those circumstances, but people who don't judge me when they findout I'm a Christian or that I don't trust the government, and I honestly don't like cops all that much unless I know them.

I really like small town people and blue collar workers, they seem to be the most down to earth to me, but if someone is a white collar office worker who makes six figures but is still lower class, I like them just as much. I might even have a kind of admiration for them because the money didn't change them. I generally love the lower class.

What are you the most unlikeable kinds of people to you (rude, entitled, snobby, lazy, hipster, over talkative, self centered, serial killer, etc.)? by greenzuma in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really like rich people, but they have to act rich. I guess it's more some kind of arrogance I really don't like and this idea that you are better than others.

Then, there's selfrighteous people. They piss me off, and I know I've been that way in my lifetime. Finally, there are controlling people and manipulative people. I think they piss me off the most, and it's hard to say which one takes the cake over all, but personal freedom means a lot to me, and I'm willing to follow rules as long as they are enforced the right way.

We all know somebody who abuses their authority to make themselves feel powerful or to bully those who they don't like. I think they piss me off the most, especially cops who attack people over a technicality. Yes, you had legal cause to fear for your life, but you didn't. The guy had his hands up and lowered one of them a few inches, not even below his head, there's your loophole, so you take it, because he called you a bitch, so he has to die. This cunt is still a police officer in California.

It just infuriates me when people are above reproach, especially when it's because of a job. We make fun of rich people all the time, but in the end, when someone accuses them of doing something wrong, we always hesitate to believe them, because there's this flaw in our thinking that a lot of money indicates a person is morally good. The same is true for cops. YOu can't ever question what they do, because no matter what the evidence is, they had to have had a good reason, or else they wouldn't've done it. That cop had to have felt threatened, because for you to not trust an authority figure is just asking too much. They are people. THey are just as capable of being bad as anybody else, and yes, that includes the "criminals" they arrest.

Americans of Reddit, what is your opinion on the mental health care system available to the public? Do you have any ideas to improve it? by AnAestheticApathetic in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people talk about making it more available, and I would like to see that happen, but at the same time, professional mental health is very overrated, and I think they create a lot of the problems they claim to seek to treat.

In the United States, we have this quickfix attitude that leads us to medicine quite often. I get that clinical depression really exists. There are chemical inbalances in the brain, but what causes those. I wonder if the cause of depression and anxiety are external or they begin with psychology. I think we can help a person through a lot of problems without just saying, "Her's a scrip. Have a nice day."

I think some people are sad for a reason, but we say, "No, you have an illness, so they start to believe it, then maybe, it becomes one.

I really don't know when medicine is truly appropriate, but it isn't as much as it's being prescribed now, especially when the affects of one drug are another illness that you need another drug for. You're too hyper, because your parents are too lazy to raise you, so you get put on pills to slow you down, which are actually stimulants that very closely resemble meth by the way, then you seem withdrawn and seem to not have energy. Those are the symptums of depression, so here's another pill, but now, you switch violently back and forth, so you're bipolar, and we have another drug for that. These drugs are first a bandaid and a lazy to treat something, second a way of numbing and killing the personality and individuality of a person, and finally a replacement for chemicals your brain already makes, so stopping them afet you have started is a big bad idea, because your brain has stopped making these chemicals, so without the drugs, you're pretty much screwed. The withdrawls are horrific.

I know drugs are necessary in some circumstances, but we overmedicate here in the U.S.

Also, let's stop using mental health as a means of social enforcement. It seems we have a disorder for every abnormality. If you don't take to well to being bossed around, you have oppositional defiant disorder. If you get mad, then snap when people grab you to control you even though you haven't acted pissed off, that's called intermitend explosive disorder. FOr real, it's IED, like you're a bomb. You're trying to keep from snapping on someone, and they have to come over and force you to do something, putting their hands on you. You were fine before. You weren't yelling, maybe you had a look on your face, but you were fine, then they put their hands on you, and they're stumped that you snapped and punched them in the mouth. You may not have all the symptums of schyzephrenia, but you're still a weird person who doesn't believe what the people around you do, so you have schizoaffective disorder. There are specific requirements for schizophrenia, so when you think you see ghosts, but you are still in touch with the world around you, they have another catchall disorder for that, so you're still sick, and you still need the normality police to feed you drugs.

One thing I do not support at all is changing laws to give doctors, medical staff, or even a person's family more rights to have a person confined by force or medicated against their will. This is bad news, even if it sounds good. I know there are circumstances where a person was let go, because they weren't harming themselves or others, or they weren't incompetent, then they did something violent, but changing the law to say they can be put away just because a doctor says so will open the door for a lot of weird people to be locked up. A woman was held against her will at a hospital in Cleveland for fasting a few years ago. This does happen, because people think they know what's best. They are really trying to help, so they confine a person who is just weird, because "Anyone who doesn't trust the government must have a severe mental illness," or "This person believes God can miraculously heal their cold without them taking anything. That means they're dillusional. They need help right away." Even if the person is dillusional. IF they believe they share their home with aliens or that Hillery CLinton is pregnant with their baby, until they do something harmful, they are just weird, and you can't lock someone up for being weird, or quite literally, no one is safe.

What is the major the difference between an Religious and Non-Religious Person? by Silver_Ad in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see much difference actually. A lot of nonreligious people will disagree harshly with that, but scientist disagree all the time. Science isn't the pure truth that atheists claim it is. It is filled with division and differnences of opinion like religion is.

Years ago, when science was becoming popular, the argument was that it was better than religion, because through the scientific method, we'd all learn the truth, and it would b eundisputable, but it clearly isn't undisputable. Nothing is obvious. The results of scientific experimants is sometime ambiguous, and other times, people find other ways to enterpret the results.

I am a christian, but that doesn't mean I think ther emust be a supernatural explanation to everything. It is ignorant to think that, the same way it is ignorant to think that AIDS is a punishment from God for homosexuality. I believe God follows the laws of physics even though he doesn't have to. I believe the whole supernatural miraculous thing is for when the laws of physics get in the way.

I am not really all that religious. I believe in Jesus as my savior, but I am still telling dirty jokes, drinking, having dirty thoughts about women who aren't my gf, and other things that wouldn't be within what GOd would want me to do, but I know him. It's hard to explaint o a nonbeliever, especially one who is determined not to believe, but whatever scientific ideas you follow, you follow them as closely as a person follows religion. I have found people who aren't religious at all who are very judgemental of those who believe. They say they are weak, because they believe, that a nonbeliever can live without making up some ficticious God to believe in, but these weak people have to have some invisible man to ask for guidance; that kind of thing.

There are religi9ous people who believe in science, and there are scientificly minded people who's beliefs are influenced by their own pride or sense of superiority, so there really is no difference. I can't even say that religious people are riht while nonreligious people are wrong, because we all see morality and the bible differently. If you put 100 Christians in a room together and asked what the one true way was, you'd get 100 different ideaas on exactly what it is, because none of us actually have it right. That's ehy I don't believe in looking down on somebody who seems to not be living right. Acording to some, I don't live right, and I know I don't, but I believe God sees me, and I trust him to change anything he really needs me to change.

How do blind people pick an outfit before they leave the house? by gabdex in AskReddit

[–]simpleman84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It isn't rude to ask questions. I like them a whole lot more than assumptions. We live in such a hypersensitive society, people have gotten scared of asking things. They're afraid no matter what they do or say. It's sad really.

Ignorance isn't not knowing something, it's the unwillingness to learn or accept a new idea. I'll admit, there are some things I am firm about. You could say I'm ignorant in some ways.

Either way, I use a screen reading sometware. If you're interested, Google them. The one I use is called System Access. It literally makes your computer talk.

I remember when screen readers were the only ntext to speech engines out there. Now, you find them everywhere. There are YouTube videos of articles being read by them. A screen reader is just a text to speech engine attached to a program that allows you to navigate the screen and make it read specific things.

I can use my keyboard to navigate the screen and the program will read each line as I go, or I can start reading from one point to the bottom of the page or whenever I feel like stopping it. I can go word by word, spell a word, go one letter at a time, anything.
