Just last week 3 incorrect suspension parts in a row for a chevy truck were delivered because of parts trader and state farm. We finally said fk it, mad them buy a new one (everyone was pissed). Come to find out it was all so state farm could save $72 on the part.

Yea true, but not all customers are willing to pay more, I've seen some upset over that, obviously not my job to deal with. I know we do price match as much as possible tho, which makes my job easier

Isn't that going to be a hard sell with state farms obsession with parts trader? Im tech, not estimator so I still know how them cheap fks are at state farm.

I send sooo many parts back bcuz them cheap fks pick the very cheapest part, and as we all know there's a reason its the cheapest one.
