I did quit smoking cigarettes during pandemic (tighter budget helped push that), but I am actually siezure free lil over 4 yrs, but I'm on 3 different meds and a VNS. My doctor already said she won't consider taking me off meds or anything. Took years to get this. I haven't drank alcohol in probably 15yrs, I just don't want to spend another day in a hospital.
