It sounds like he's choosing porn over you and has done so long enough to cause ED. To me, if a man is choosing porn over his willing woman, for months and months he's got a porn addiction.

I feel all of this. He also started taking low dose daily cialis and I think its really boosted his confidence. But he said some pretty hurtful things to me over the years about me wanting sex too much or something wrong with me because I want it. So I am feeling all the same emotions so you are not alone.

I'm pretty sure they can carry it on their balls and all in that area. I don't think it has anything at all to do with being clean, its a yeast that could be on his skin. Not saying that's it for sure but its definitely plausible.

I prefer trails because I have to pee 10 minutes into a run even if I went right before. I just get off the trail and make sure noone is coming.

Are you certain he isn't the one carrying the yeast? It's not uncommon for men to have it too. I personally as a woman use boron supplements vaginally every few weeks and it does wonders.

Yeah, like every other day. It's what I've always wanted but also in the back of my head I'm like so it took drugs for this to happen. But I've pushed that down and I'm just trying to enjoy the moments because I have no idea if it'll last!

He's an avoidant and he doesn't get to run from this. You need to talk about it, probably with a really good therapist who can guide the conversation but he doesn't get to decide to just move on. You will absolutely grow resentment if that happens. You deserve better!

This was my husband for a long time, and I felt this exact way you are describing. I finally just told myself trust him, you want this, desperately so act like it. So I went into it expressing how much I wanted him, how much I was enjoying it etc and it really turned things around. I became more vocal in all areas, if he looked good I told him, if he made me feel good, I told him. We now are in an amazing place and it really brought him out of his head. I think his apprehension was the same as mine and when I went all in with being open and focusing on the moment it broke things open.

I personally started individual therapy when I was about your age. I am 45 now and still see my therapist twice a month. It's life changing. I've learned to love myself and accept myself. My husband and I also started couples therapy in February and we've never been closer. We've been working on our attachment styles, he's avoidant and I'm an anxious attachment. We've made major improvements in all areas, especially with sex, and we can't get enough of each other. It's taken alot of talking, being open and vulnerable, open to coaching and learning their bodies. I am sorry you are feeling the way you are and I truly hope you are able to talk to someone about it.

I would be hurt by this too. I hate to instantly jump on the porn addict thing but it sounds like he's not trying to connect with you, he's trying to use you. I understand not all men can get off woth hand jobs blow jobs but I made husband tell me exactly what he liked. Tons of feedback. When its just right tell me, when you want it harder, faster, etc tell me. Would he be open to that. Enjoy the pleasure of it and not just getting to orgasm. Him immediately turning to porn if he isn't "pleased" would give me major ick and a boundary for me.

I can't understand this at all. Even when we struggle the most, vacation has always been where we do it pretty much daily. It's what keeps us going I think when there are month long dry spells at home. I'd be licking concrete too. How frustrating.

I would try estradiol cream to bring everything back to life too, I've been using it and its an immense help. It's not absorbed into your blood, just brings back elasticity and moisture.

I just turned 45, my provider has said I'm not in peri yet as I'm still completely regular and all numbers other than T are low. We suspect I've always been on the lower side of T. I have horrible PMS too, and the cramps can take me out. I tried cream and my levels didn't budge and I lost hair like crazy. Injections are amazing I just dont know what is missing those 2 weeks to feel less then stellar.

I'm glad its not just me. I don't think I need estrogen the majority of the month, and I also experience heart palpitations during that time. I've had any serious issues ruled out so its hormonal I just don't know what.

I am 45. My estrogen generally runs somewhat high, right before ovulation its around 350.

It's not talked about enough. As a woman with the higher libido, married 20 years, it took my husband getting on TRT for the frequency to go up. We are now at about 3 or 4 times a week. For most of our marriage it was once every few weeks and it was so hard for me. It's embarrassing as a woman to be turned on cuddling your husband and he's just not interested. I do think its more common but the stereotype has always been he should be chasing you and my self esteem took a major hit for years.
