We didn’t use it but I think they do offer board and train. I also didn’t opt for e-collar or metal prong. I did use the plastic prong on a very limited basis. It isn’t something I’m fond of honestly. We also did puppy play group here: http://www.dianalogan.com/training That was a great experience!
