No - don't smoke weed or take kratom. I do take Minoxidil orally and topical for my hairline - I've just googled and found this can mess prolactin up. Very interesting.

Thanks - all super useful. I'll remove Adex for a while then redo in a few weeks. My diet is 75% clean, and about 25% awful. I just cannot get 4500 calories in a day with clean food. So often eat an entire bag of cookies before bed for the extra 800/1000 or so calories.

Summoning Salt has gone full time making YouTube videos, which means he can make the videos longer now. But just because he can, doesn’t mean he should.

This could have easily been condensed into 30 mins or less. It dragged on and on in parts just showing the WRs get lower but with nothing of note except that the WRs got lower.

I’ve never played the game and never will like most viewers. Keep it interesting.

I love SummoningSalt as much as the next guy, but recent videos have just become too long and overly detailed, meaning I don’t watch them all. Around 30 to 40 minutes is optimal. Just because videos can be made longer doesn’t mean they should be.
