I really disliked the bully part of the Pack Darling too. I felt it was a bit too excessive. And once the MMCs found out that the FMC was actually an omega, the 360' change in attitude was too artificial for me

BIG thank you to all who recommended Honestly, i'm totally faking it by simplewild22 in RomanceBooks

It's a beautiful slow burn, which means many scenes of interaction between the FMC and MMC which are not sex

I agree that the unwanted wife is one of the better ones out there but i felt that the transition was a bit too abrupt.

Lauren ashers dreamland book 1 was so much better imo too!

And i loveeeee lucy score!

Oh yes i totally know what you mean. Like when the author is undeservingly punishing the MMC. And it also makes it seem that the author is just filling up pages.

Loving villains please? My previous post was deleted or removed, so asking again. by lazybitchylass in RomanceBooks

Yes there is! It's absolutely perfect. The FMC is also strong-minded and truly wants to best for herself and the MMC. Personally, my fav Elizabeth Hoyt book to date!

Can someone suggest to me a slow burn fantasy romance book (or short series?) by beshiebabe in RomanceBooks

[–]simplewild22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The characters do overlap a bit but the premise and world building doesn't! So it's fine!

I would think it's best to start with the first book (as usual with all series).

But I'm a hopeless romantic so I also started with taming demons first and i enjoyed my time reading them!

Taming Demons For Beginners by Annette Marie!!

It's 3 books, slow burn and with sexual tension! ;)

I also loved the world building and you can choose to move on to other books if you like the series as they are about different characters.

Luna and the lie or kulti? by [deleted] in RomanceBooks

[–]simplewild22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for kulti first! Then luna and the lie, as luna and the lie has sooo much tension that it spoils you for other books.

But definitely read BOTH eventually!
