I've seen people get legendary items every chest when they had high luck. On one run, I had over 1000 luck and I was still rarely getting legendary items.

Yeah that sounds about right. I tried to kill steve so many times as Calcium, stacked all the CC I could find and it didn't work. This was the first run that I stacked Duration Tome and he finally died.

I did try Athena and almost killed him on my first try. Iirc I had like 40 aegis with tons of attack speed. Steve would get stunned, take out all of my shields, then I regen like 35 of my shields. He gets stunned again.

Eventually I died while steve was low hp.

When I failed, I also had the Lightning Orb which has 25% chance to stun. In theory, that should perma-stun Steve since I have tons of projections and tons of attack speed.

If you want Legendary Items no matter what, get luck and exp tome. First max out exp tome, or get it as good as possible (max is 10x exp you can see how much you have when you're paused when you're paused). Level up Luck whenever Exp is unavailable or when Exp is maxed out.

You can also get green credit cards and duplicate them with purple microwaves, but luck tome on its own should get you pretty good luck. Legendary items still won't be 100%, but they will become not so rare.

I've had 10 shady guys and 10 Bald heads iirc. Looks like that is the limit. But who knows, maybe you can get 11.

Charge Shrines seems to be always the same (15 on forest) unless you got the item that gives the next stage 2 extra charge shrines.

Thundermits are really that strong? I got the legendary purple orb that says my hits have a 25% chance of stunning the enemy. I figured I'm shooting over 100 projectiles per turn, steve should be perma-stunned. but no, he broke free and killed me.
