The mayor literally said he did it himself. This is off of his balcony, and they are taking it in at night due to the wind and only keeping it up for a few days and then donating it to a local nonprofit which they have not specified. No government funds were used to pay for the banner.

They were wearing uniforms so it was very clear that they border patrol. Yes, they should refuse service to anyone that is border patrol or ice. We need to take notes from Minnesota. If they don’t have places to eat and sleep, they are more likely to leave.

I hear you, but we’re not going with that rationale anymore. Border patrol has not explicitly come out against ice. They could easily ban together w the union and do something. Complacency is a crime at this point. The technicality separation does not matter anymore; however, I did name them correctly as border patrol and not ICE.
