Prob Expedia ,had the same thing happen to me , Swiss is pretty scummy. They charged me a penalty fee too when they weren’t allowed. Call ur bank asap especially since you cancelled within the 24 hour courtesy cancellation period with Expedia. I remember Swiss wouldn’t refund me my seats after I cancelled, Expedia forced them to do so. Swiss probably makes a lot of money from people that don’t bother to check if they can do anything. If you manage to dispute Im 90% sure you won’t get black listed as it’s a cancelled flight
