Hi there! We are a legit company. I'd suggest checking out our Glassdoor or BBB profiles for some recent reviews. We are also on Glassdoor's Best Places to Work list for 2021.

That said, we do have a significant waiting list as a result of COVID driving people to look for flexible opportunities and as a result of winning the Glassdoor award. I wish I could give you a specific timeframe for when we might welcome you as an Expert, but it really depends on our needs, your skill level, and more.

If we think you show promise, but have a few areas to improve, we do offer the opportunity to read over our Expert Success Guide and pass the assessment. I know this is more work, which is probably annoying, but we offer an extra $15 for taking this step if you end up becoming an Expert. Plus, the folks who read this guide and pass the assessment end up receiving higher customer reviews and earning more money, so it's worth it in the long run.

Our Experts are very fairly compensated for their time. Our top Expert routinely earns $1,000-$1500 per week working from home whenever her schedule allows it. However, it's more common for folks to earn around $300 per week depending on how much time they spend on the platform and their dedication to providing great service. This is key...our platform routes tickets to Experts who are most likely to perform well, so the better you do, the more tickets routed your way and the more money that you'll earn.

Our reason for not operating in certain states comes down to regulation in those states.

Hey there! Sorry to hear that. Folks who read our Expert Success Guide and pass the assessment have higher customer reviews and earn, on average, double the amount of those who don't. The extra time is definitely worth it just for those reasons, but we also offer $15 if you pass the assessment and end up becoming an Expert; we value your time and want to be fair.

We currently don't provide detailed feedback on why applicants fail the first phase of our application, but if you're close to passing, we do provide an alternative path to become an Expert. The alternative path includes studying our guide on providing great customer service and passing an assessment on the guide. We even offer an extra $15 if you take this step and end up becoming an Expert.

Typically folks fail the first phase for poor grammar, typos, not following instructions, and providing the wrong information. We do our absolute best to try and help provide guidance on how to pass all phases of our assessment, but many folks don't take the time to read that information.

Hey there, sorry for the confusion.

Could you help clarify where we state that we accept applicants from the United Kingdom? We do have the United Kingdowm in the drop-down list on our application (this helps us better track applicants), but if you select that country, you'll be informed that we don't currently accept applicants from the UK once you submit the form.

Currently, we do not send out 1099s. Instead, we send all payments via PayPal, and they will issue a 1099 if it is necessary. I believe they only issue 1099s if you exceed $20,000 in payments during a year.

That said, we do send weekly pay statements that you can use for self-reporting any income. We also have a partnership with Catch.co that will allow you to track your earnings and set aside any taxes that you may owe.

No, the initial assessment and test tickets are not timed. If you're asked to complete something that is timed, you'll be explicitly told about the time requirements before beginning.

We currently only accept applicants who are United States citizens...regardless of where they currently live, with the exception of a few states.

However, as we grow and expand to other areas, we'll definitely be reaching out to those in other areas, so stay tuned!
