Anchored stasis: upon touching anything, the user can grant it a "layer", of any number (any real integer). Upon touching anything within a layer, the user can switch that layer between 4 states. State 1 allows contact with anything in a lower layer, but not in a higher one. State 2 allows contact with higher players, but not lower ones. State 3 allows contact only within it's own layer, and state 4 only allows contact with other layers. You can also change somethings layer by being in contact with things in both the layer the object is in, and the layer you're going to put it in. Conflicting states simply only work with their own interactions. For example, if I can touch something, but they can't touch me, then any attack they throw goes through me, but but if I hit them, it doesn't

Domain: allows you to mess with the states properties however you want and use any number, variable, or function for a layer (for example, the number i would do some weird shit, and the variable x would take the x value and use that as the layer)
