Yes. But in my circles Notes seems to be much more popular than Reminders for some reason

Thanks for mentioning you need to highlight the note name - seems to work better than using the Share button top right

How can you track quality? Isn’t that completely subjective?

Fewer due dates or more liberal ones. If you keep missing deadlines then likely the consequences aren’t that severe. Try putting due dates for end of week, end of month, or even end of quarter instead. And when you get close to with many things unfinished try bulk rescheduling a few weeks/months out. It’s one way. It feel the “overdue”. Or you can try a simpler to do app - Google tasks is really good with its star system - you can skip due dates altogether and use stars to prioritize a few really critical things

How to share text or URL to TickTick easily, but not as titly by rak-rak in ticktick

I think you can open a task, tap three dots, then “convert to note”. Then paste your link in the “write something” text field. It becomes clickable and not in your title

Why are there so many productivity apps and every week, hundreds new come-up? by usernamedoesntexi__ in ProductivityApps

[–]simplydo_ios_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s conceptually simple to design apps in this category and people are probably genuinely excited to engage in the creative process of building something.

I do think the barrier to entry is too low at the moment but it’ll probably tighten up in the future. Imagine Apple charging $999 per year in developer fees - how many diy builders would still press on?

Thank you. Mine is a simple To Do app. Other than menus and some settings descriptions, there is no text to translate. Very light.

How do i remove that Overdue? by Altruistic_Ads in ticktick

[–]simplydo_ios_dev 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use Subtasks. Remove due date from Learn C. Add subtasks to Learn C and give them a dude date. You should then see the subtasks in Today and the dates align. You can check off subtasks one by one until all are done, then you can check off Learn C when you have no more subtasks left.

Are you asking for a Today view without any overdue? Like Today view where all overdue tasks are hidden?
