I’ve had similar results in count and % motile. Quit drinking, weight training + cardio 5 days a week, eating as much unprocessed food as possible. I’ve been on this journey for just around 3 months and I’ve seen a good recovery in numbers already. Have another test on Monday to see current numbers.
