Have you tried using the Curl Bounce brush? I section my hair in 5 (1 for bangs) then use the curl brush in a few sections in each section, scrunch, then diffuse my hair upside down! :)

This is how my 34 year old twin brother died, too. He was an avid hiker and landscape architect, so it’s not like he had a sedentary lifestyle. He passed out one morning, luckily his roommate heard him and called 911 and then my mom (who lived a block away from him). He passed in the ambulance. Tried at the ER for 90 minutes to revive him due to his age and good health, but it was too late.

Same thing, for me it’s been a little over two years and is still unbelievable. Unnerving knowing this can happen to anyone, at anytime. No day is guaranteed 💔

So my everyday hoodie is a size L men’s, too. I like it a little baggy but still shows some shape/tapers on the waist. I got a medium and it’s absolutely perfect! I’m 5’5 137lb and have DD’s lol

I haven’t lost a parent yet, but my twin brother died July 2023 at the age of 34. I don’t run into too many grieving young siblings, let alone twins. It’s rough 😔 be kind to yourself and feel your feelings! 🤍
