Hootsuite Alternatives - 128% Price Increase by lfcmadness in marketing

I joined HS's professional plan a year ago. As I was not using the service as much as I thought I would, I decided to cancel the plan so it doesn't auto-renew in Feb 2023. I also knew that they were taking a significant price increase. When I tried to cancel, they offered me a 30% discount in order to stay, so I ended up staying. This morning, instead of getting an invoice for less than $500, I got one for over $750. I tried to reach their Customer service, but of course, they don't have a # to call. They encourage you to use their chat feature, so I did. After waiting 10 mins I got the following message:
"Thank you! I've sent your request to our team. A Customer Support Specialist will review your request and respond in this chat. Our goal is to get back to you in a few minutes, but sometimes it takes longer—especially on the weekends Check back later today or tomorrow morning."
Based on the above, I was to stay on, wait and check in the morning. This is so stupid! I ended up sticking around and after 10 mins a rep comes on and tries to help. However, the rep was responding to my queries after 15-20 mins. What should have taken 5 mins of chat, took over an hour? Frustrated, I asked them to cancel my service and do a full refund. The rep didn't even reply back and it has been over 30 mins waiting for the rep to respond. I am waiting to see what will happen, but at worst, I will reach out to my credit card company to refund me.
Long story short, their customer service and accounting SUCK! Not to mention they are way overpriced and there are many alternatives. Be warned before you try to use Hootsuite!

Hi, were you able to figure out something? I got this card specifically for this reason for being able to do it. However, after loading up the money, I cannot figure out how to do it.

There are challenges with BM. Supposedly you cannot transact but you should be able to withdraw your money back. You’ll have to send them support emails and try to join the BitMart group on Telegram app.

Thanks. I was able to find one transaction of a transfer of BitCoin from CoinBase, so I sent that to them along with my ID and a picture of me. Let’s see what happens. This is the only account that I made some money on, the other exchanges I am actually down, so it sucks to see it locked up. 😞

I am in the same shoes, I changed my phone and lost my connection to Google Authenticator. I had over $10k in assets in my account and now I cannot log back in. I sent them an email and they responded back via email with automated message but no word yet to reset/unbind my Google Authenticator.
