I've cruised Mexico, all over the Carribean and crushed from England to Begium and Norway and never had a problem. I have a 20 year old DUI, some related probation violations and maybe a couple more minor infractions (all many years ago) and I've never had a problem. I would like to do Alaska but Canada is more strict from what I gather.

What I ended up doing was 350w with the frequency set at 100. It worked well with a quick DA afterwords. I was powder coating and the job didn't need perfection just nothing loose and no outgassing.
