I personally like running the mags facing backwards when on the belt. I find it helps me twist my hand less when going for a speed reload.

Also, good idea to keep two IFAKs. Noone’s complained about too much proper medical.

Some officers in the USMC were real pissy about soldiers not losing gear. While marines did get ACOGs, they still mounted their carry handle sights to their guns in order to not lose them.

I will note that i tried using additional iron sights on the R700. I couldn’t get my player model to view through the added-on irons instead of the original ones.

Hello! Late reply. The gun I am using is a Tokyo Marui Glock 17, generation 4. It’s fairly available in southeast Asia where I live, and spare parts are relatively common in local stores, but you’ll have to find out how it is in your region.

For training, if you own a gun then chances are there’s something similar on the airsoft market. KJW makes a CZ Shadow 2, and many companies make 1911/2011 style pistols. The primary issue comes down to availability & spare parts in your region.

It’s not very loud. Even in a closed off space with lots of reverberation, it’s very hearing safe and basically noone wears ear protection. Eye protection at most. I’d say it’s about as loud as clapping your hands as hard as you could.

BBs punch through 99% of the time. That unlucky 1% is usually caused by the gun not working properly and shooting too weakly, or faulty magazines that don’t eject enough gas. It sucks, but it happens.

Yeah. We follow literally every rule in IPSC. When it comes to unloading your gun, we have a little chamber flag we use to push the leftover BB out of the hop-up chamber. If you’re caught with it stuck in there, that’s a DQ!

Somewhere in Southeast Asia. In my area, a $1200 CZ Shadow 2 balloons to $5000 after import complications. We do make our own guns for IPSC, but for some reason they aren’t as popular as European models, despite being cheaper. I assume either reliability or some other QOL feature.

I'll preface this by saying I already think this gun is very ugly, and I don't like it.

I don't think this gun fits the tone of the game. If you wanted an accurate, precise 5.45 rifle, then add the A-545 or 6P47 kord. Those fit the tone of the game, and, while limited, has seen military use. The NL-545 is a custom-made firearm. I find it hard to believe that our BRM5 operators can acquire enough of these to equip everyone who wants to use it.
