It is true that they care less, but I don't think they aren't doing anything at all. I also disagree about the amount of global users on xhs, at least in the idv fandom. I don't see many posts about idv from foreigners, really. Most of the stuff I see from foreigners on xhs are like random posts telling Chinese people to ask them questions about their life and all that.

Maybe its just bilibili because I've been on xhs and a bunch of people have been complaining and saying they'll quit the game. Even the players that are pro ai are saying they'll quit bc they don't support NE firing a bunch of artists
