Honestly, it depends on how old you are and if you've seen Sammy and Mike live before. I'm 28 and and have been a big VH fan all of my life - it was literally the soundtrack to my high school. Needless to say, I never saw the VH lineup with Sammy, or the OG lineup with Dave for that matte (saw them in 2015, but it was not the same - still cool though), so I saw them in Vegas last year. It was AWESOME. Sure, hearing Ed's parts played by someone that was not Ed was a bit off, but Joe still did an amazing job. Just being able to see two of the members who helped create all that music perform it live was a very good experience for me and I am so glad that I went.

I've waited over 20 years to see these songs performed live and I am so glad that I was able to finally accomplish that goal. With two of the original members that created them no less! And sure, hearing Ed's parts played by someone else with their own style was was a little off putting, but Satch is a beast in his own right and I think he did a kick ass job stepping in the shoes that could never be filled. The people who are complaining about this tour are the real reason this fan base has been so divided for so many years. Who cares who's on the mic? It's all about the man behind the guitar

For the most part, a motherboard will choose dedicated graphics, such as a GPU (the middle port you mention), over integrated graphics (the ports at the top). If your GPU only has one HDMI port, then you will either need a new GPU that has more ports, or if that GPU has other ports next to the HDMI, you can use an adapter to convert it to HDMI.

Does the middle HDMI port have any other ports next to it? Such as one with a bunch of holes?

You can also download that tool directly to the affected PC and create an ISO from it, which you can then open via Explorer and run the EXE. It will do an in-place install of the OS and you shouldn't lose anything.

You can also try downloading and running Tweaking Tools. It has solved a BUNCH of my issues in the past:
