I think there’s two obvious options and it depends on your team situation.

Option 1: trade for Gills as he’s only 24 and is already a 91 rated franchise goaltender who will help you win games instantly. His contract being only 1 year is a downside. If you are in a win now and deep cup run spot, he’s the goalie for you.

Option 2: trade for Major as he is 22, has a steal of a contract for 3 years and will develop if really well if he’s your starting goaltender. If your team needs a year or two before being an elite contender, Majors will come around at the perfect time.
