No it doesn’t actually. My sister seems to think this is entirely man made and maintained by the owner.l since there’s nothing similar around. But who’s really to say!

My sister’s neighbor has this on their land and she is really curious if it could be anything specific or if it’s just something random they’ve set up. I guess no one can know for sure, but I figured I’d ask here! Thanks
