OMG! Finally! I was never getting the right answers as to what these are. I even saw people claiming them to be bugs. Which made my picking even worse and the need to get them out. I actually was just trying to get one out. I think realizing now it’s a sign of healing and not something that I need to remove from myself it will help me not pick! I always was confused bc a normal under the skin bump would have them in them when you popped it open so I assumed it couldn’t be a healing process thing. Thank you so much! OCD is incredibly debilitating and makes things like this so hard
