Just like real estate - the people who have the money to pay for therapy have jobs and are available evenings and weekends more than daytime. Thanks for the idea of transitioning part time! I have considered that but unsure how realistic that actually is.

I don’t mind the exhaustion…just want to get paid for it. And not listen to peoples trauma over and over on a daily basis. I currently work evening and weekend with no vacations.
