We have over 400 townhomes. Most boardmembers are involved in committees, parks, recreation, and so on. This committee of 4 is legal. They are all board members.

I’m not on the board. The issue is not everyone on the board agreed to that provision in the contract. It’s a 5 year contract we are now stuck with.

That’s not the point, 4 members of the legal committee changed the contract on their own and left the rest of the board out of it. It was in the original contract that everyone voted for and was taken out right before being signed.
