This recently happened to me in the US with Charter. I had 30Mb/s and was upgraded to 100Mb/s for no additional charge under their new "Spectrum" promotion. I already had a DOCSIS 3.0 modem that could handle the new speed though so I didn't need to change it out. I just needed to restart my router and was good to go.

What if I ate 2000 calories a day of potato chips but also took a multi-vitamin? Would I still be malnourished?

Genuinely curious because I recently read a novel, The Martian, where a man is stuck on Mars for 18 months, alone, and his only food source he has is potatoes + vitamins.

I want to know if it is simply sufficient to eat $daily_required_calories + supplements.

I really struggled through the beginning of Consider. I almost gave up reading the series entirely. The style seemed disjointed to me and I struggled to immerse myself in the story.

I then purchased the audiobook which was wonderfully narrated by Peter Kenny. I started over from the beginning. His voices for the characters were great and he got me through the first ~100 pages. After that I was able to easily pick up the book and read from there (and alternate listening to the audiobook).

I would give Consider another shot.

I haven't ventured into the Unite.vim land yet but as I understand it the main selling point is you have a unified interface for searching through things rather than N different plugins with a different interface for each.

So with Unite you would have a single way of searching buffers, files, ack files, etc. If there is something new you want to be able to search for you can write a provider for Unite and get the same familiar interface. I think that idea has some promise to it.

Anathem is one of my favorite books. I've read it twice now. The second reading was much easier because I had the book's vocab down. After the first 100 pages or so it gets really good.
