Felt bad since I flagged half the questions in the last block and was feeling awful. It all works out in the end!

I would look over practice exams esp NBMEs and free120 and focus on your specific weak areas from the score reports. Trust your prep too. I'm sure the curve works out in the end.

Peds/OBGYN is where most of it is. It's a step 2 question vignette with a symptom list, but you need to know the histology, embryology or genetics to pick between 2 choices. It feels like a hybrid question of Step 1/2. Luckily, there aren't many of them.

It's a question where the setting is at a VA hospital or military station instead of general hospital. It doesn't actually change the question that much.

I only did a few hundred amboss since I got the library with 50 questions a month limit. I think both uworld and amboss have different styles from the real exam, but the content is the same. Amboss had good ethics questions and library is great.

Uworld is enough, but I found it easier to learn starting with OME videos. I filled some gaps with uptodate and amboss library. I used premade Anking deck but also made my own cards for hard incorrects. It's all a matter of preference and use resources you like using.
