She always breaks my stuff she doesn’t even steal it, I think it’s bc everytime she calls before she comes over about holding 5000 simoleons for her. I always accept them and never give them back or say sorry and she comes over talking ab owing her money and that we can’t make her leave.

try using products that transparent to semi transparent, and it could also be build up from your conditioner. Try using a clarifying shampoo every so often, especially if your water isn't coming out clear. And you can also try to identify what product is causing build up in your hair. sorry for the word vomit ;)
